History of painting:
Fading Fast is a very difficult painting for me to let go of, it is one of my favorite abstract pieces. I was experiementing with streaking techniques on canvas and I loved this color combination. I moved very quickly when painting it and I felt alive with the energy coming from my brush. This piece was a rush to paint and I hope every time you look at it, you feel alive, encouraged, and maybe even a little jolt of energy sizzling off the canvas.
