History of painting:
Skull Kandy was inspired by a resin skull I had previously made and was started around 3A.M. one day, and finished 3 days later. I poured my passion into this piece and had a blast painting it. I am passionate about bright colors (in case you couldn’t guess) so for me, adding the dark background was almost outside of my comfort zone, but as its turns out, it is my favorite watercolor painting to date. I hope you love this piece as much as I do.
